Andreas Haider-Maurer Biography

Andreas Haider-Maurer (conceived March 22, 1987, in Zwettl, Austria) is an Austrian master tennis player. In the first round of 2010 US Open he constrained World No. 5 Robin Soderling to a fifth set before losing the match.

2010 moved toward getting far and away superior for him as he arrived at the last of his home competition in Vienna. He lost to associate Austrian and shielding champion top seed Jurgen Melzer.

Haider-Maurer has won 3 Challenger occasions and arrived at his profession-elevated singles standing of World No. 70 in July 2011.
